Acts as the primary contact for Fortune 1000 customers, providing accurate pre-sales information on complex applications. Helps to generate sales by providing problem-solving solutions that utilize other Winstar products. Coordinates the entire customer process, assesses customer hardware and system application needs and enters new orders. Performs site surveys.
Key customer contact for customer technical support for all Winstar data products. Responsible for timely installations of all WinStar products and services. Provides pre-sales expertise on complex applications. Project Manager for customer implementation. Provides consulting services in selection of hardware for customer applications and systems. Reviews customers' applications and technical requirements to ensure integrity of orders. Interfaces with customer, vendor, and sales person to coordinate cutover dates, and ensure timely installations.
