Suzette is the head of the Administrative Software Team at SHSU. Their purpose is to provide complex skilled analysis of business and management problems in terms of systems requirements. The team maintains and develops the programs that the faculty and staff access via the administrative menu system. Additionally, they organize and develop the programs that the students access via SamInfo and the Internet. The majority of the programs are written in Cobol, and the operating system is Open VMS.
