| Date of Contest: 7 - 8 November 2003 |
| The contest draws students from colleges and universities throughout Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas and Dona Ana County New Mexico. Winners selected from regional contests on six continents will advance to the ACM Programming Contest World Finals to compete for bragging rights and scholarships. |
| Registration is conducted from Aug 19, 2003 to Oct 20, 2003. Advance Registration ends Oct 13, 2003. To register, set up a registration account for the team coach and reserve slots for your teams. |
